This mod adds the ability to teach the player all spells of that spell-type and level (and that are purchasable) from perks. This makes more sense as well. If you've practiced magic enough to be more proficient in e.g. Adept Destruction spells, doesn't it make more sense to have figured out more powerful versions?
NOTE: Perks only teach Vanilla spells that can be bought from a vendor (according to UESP.net). If you don't want master spells to be available via perks, download the corresponding optional file.
Requirements: none
Compatibility: I have not tested this mod with other mods but my best guess is that there will be issues with mods that remove/replace (possibly modify) Novice - Master.
Mods that change the spells should be okay as this mod teaches the spell much like a tome upon obtaining the perk.
Generally steer clear of mods that remove these perks or the spells.
Please leave comments - I'm always open to suggestions and corrections (anything from a typo. - CTD). Also, if there is a mod you want this mod to be compatible with, just let me know and I'll see what I can do.
