OneTweak 2.1.0.1 is out! Added option to force DirectInput to non exclusive mode to allow Alt+F4 and multimedia keys like in similar plugin called "-Elys- AltF4".
!! HELP WANTED !! I need some documentation and/or help in creating MCM Menu for OneTweak.

Thank you! Just installed this on Oblivion. I'm the type who can't live without a second monitor, and having to restart the game every time I needed to interact with another window was getting infuriating. Thanks for fixing Bethesda's broken-ass games!
Using this in Oblivion and it works as advertised. One unadvertised benefit is that it's vastly increased the cursor speed on the map, which is great because I play with a gamepad, and the cursor speed was always painfully slow.
Update: I don't know why, but this mod affects movement and look speed. I recorded before-and-after videos of myself running back and forth and looking side-to-side, and it's all noticeably faster with OneTweak installed. I love that this mod allows me to alt+tab and I love, even more, that the cursor speed on the map has quadrupled. However, the movement speed increase is blisteringly fast, disorienting and, at times, feels like cheating. Sad to say that I can't use this.
Agreed. Luckily this post is still pretty high on the page, so it only took a few minutes to figure it out.
For weirdos like me who use Vortex, after installation you can right-click the mod, choose "Open in file manager" then rename the folder and re-deploy your mods.
So after looking at the different Alt-Tab fixes for Oblivion and realizing i dont really like the way they work, i was told to try this mod out. and it works fantastic, with one caveat: it seems to uncap my frame rate when i am picking locks and makes it significantly more difficult. i have to move the mouse faster/harder to push the pins up. i never had this issue before adding this to my game. im capped at 60fps, but when i am on the lockpick screen it shoots up to 800+fps. is there a way to adjust this, or will i just have to relearn the picking all over again?
Another thing ive also noticed and wanted to ask about: is it normal for this thing to cause the game to unresponsive until the main menu starts? i dont have this issue without the mod installed. Its not that big of a deal, just makes the game take longer then normal to load for me
I can't really say for sure, but I has to assume it is this mod
Simply put, every time I alt tab, the voice audio specifically cuts out, the dialogue stops playing in the background but i can still hear the game music and radio with lyrics even.
I am using OneTweak for Fallout New Vegas, does anyone know if this problem is fixable, it not big deal if it isnt fixable, im fine not hearing voice audio, but it is just weird
There are a ton of comments with people who have the issue where OneTweak uses the monitor's resolution to determine the borderless fullscreen resolution, while people would like to use a lower resolution to help with performance.
Based on how there are many comments to this effect but with no replies that offer a solution, here's a way to work around it if you have an ENB installed.
Go to your enblocal.ini file in your main Skyrim folder and change this to true:
ForceBorderlessFullscreen=true
Now you don't need OneTweak to provide borderless fullscreen!
Of course, remember to set your preferred resolution in SkyrimPrefs.ini by setting these two parameters to the pixel height and width you want:
iSize H =
ISize W =
If you still want OneTweak for the Double Cursor fix, then you'll have to disable OneTweak's borderless fullscreen, which you can do by changing your OneTweak.ini file's BorderlessWindow value to false:
BorderlessWindow = false
While keeping DoubleCursorFix = true
Now you should be able to play with your lower resolution properly stretched to fill the screen while also keeping the double cursor fix.
I wanted to ask if you know how things works with the DSR feature from NVIDIA? (basically having a "4k" rescaling into a lower one). From what I understand when you use a Borderless mode (from this mod or ENBs), you will have the resolution of your monitor (or another if you change it in the .ini) but how the DSR is supposed to work with it then? (I should add that I use a 2560*1440 monitor)
What if I don't use ENB? This mod's been good in keeping stability when alt-tabbing but I need to lower the game resolution in full screen mode to help with performance. Tried changing WindowWidth, WindowHeight, RenderWidth, RenderHeight settings but all I got was a smaller window than my monitor's native resolution.
OneTweak & Display Tweaks broke my oblivion install so much with absurd framerate increases, even though the fixed the alt-tab issue, I had to run the Oblivion Launcher and change settings just to fix the game after uninstalling them.
But with this option, it solves the issue entirely and I dont have ridiculous FPS in the literal 300-500 range. Kudos given.

Try adding it under [MEMORY] & [ENGINE] settings, that's where it's located for me:
[WINDOW]
ForceBorderless=true
ForceBorderlessFullscreen=true
