    It seems this mod hasn't been touched in a few months. I ran into some problems with it, but I've found a few solutions in TESVEdit.
    The "Bound Weapons" patch needs to have the Books section from "Bound Weapons" deep-copied into it, then edit the spells they teach to point to the Invested versions. This will make the spellbooks that appear in leveled lists teach the Invested versions.
    This mod seems to have its pointer toward SkyRe borked, so that any references (Like all the perks, models, and such) have the wrong load order prefix on their formIDs. Just get in there and find <error: could not resolve yadayadayada> and switch the first two digits of the FormID to match those of SkyRe.
    Some of the pointers toward Bound Weapons are similarly borked, and so need their load order prefixes adjusted as well. This one is super important, because if you don't fix the pointers to the object models, casting the Invested versions will (quite reliably) CTD.

    Sorry if I'm not super clear here, I've only been playing and applying mods to Skyrim for like two months.

    Edit: Don't forget to re-Bash & re-ReProc after you make your edits! Gotta have those guys inherit the changes or you'll never see the fruits of your labors!

    Edit 2: "Bound Longbow" is added by SkyRe. Deep-copy its spellbook and point it to your Invested Magic spell, too, or deal with one bow that lasts as long as you need and one that... doesn't.

      I know this post is over a 2 years old, but this seems to be the only real chance at a fix for bound weapons/invested magic. Could someone possibly explain the second part? I deep-copied the spells and edited them so that books taught the invested versions of bound weapons, but I don't understand what to do to get it to stop crashing.

    Interesting question. The original vanilla mod was given an expansion for Dawnguard. Is that needed for this version, or no?

    hey so I installed this and skyre, ran reproccer, started a new game. i just bought the atronoch but theres no debuff
    I am able to summon at 7 mana or whatever but I keep my mana pool the same.

    Any tips on fixing this?

    So, maybe you could add some kind of work around for the Altmer mana over cast? If they have their perk special going it kinda makes this really OP.

    Do you think you will add the spells added by 'Apocalypse' and 'Frostfall' Could be your next project?
    They are not invested and are awkward to use along with invested magic. It would be awesome to have them!

    No explanation on how to uninstall, left my character with a permanent debuff to max magica, had to restart from scratch. Would not recommend.

      do you have a patcher program? Like for Requiem, SkyRe, or PerMa? Because if you didnt turn off the spells, and ran the patcher after uninstall, it could have left you with that.

      dont uninstall scripted mods partway through a gameplay.you will have a lot better experience.

    Its strange, but bound weapons plugin crush game not allowing to run start menu. Also if use only main file there are no such spells like Unsummon, Dispell and Lay to Rest. So if i need to shut down magic armor i can recast it, but i cant kick off summoned creatures exept killing them. Also i dont see in perk's description points about resists given by atronach.

    Well, asking for help in this forum looks like speaking to an empty room but I'll take a shot anyway. For some reason the instant I install this mod the Dremora Kynmarcher will no longer summon. The purple, summoning effect happens around my character and I get a listing for a "Furious Dremora Kynmarcher" (two if I cast it again) but no Dremora. I checked Tes5Edit and there is nothing loading after Invested Magic. and nothing loading in between Invested Magic and Skyre.main. Hence, there's nothing that should be changing the effect. In fact, according to Tes5Edit the spells are identical other than the toggle and durations... so are the magic effects different? idk.

    Sometimes I really hate modding Skyrim.

      Its probably from the same reason that Amigo was talking about. There are a lot of unresolved errors with the Dremora so need to get into TES5 to fix them. Also if there is a problem for anyone with summons not lasting very long. Look at the times she changed. Some are set to 86,400 but some she left at 30. I just changed them all to 86,400.

    Hey, is there a reason flame cloak is not affected by toggle?  It just refreshes the spells for 24 more hours of really loud obnoxious burning graphic   (i have other spells like oakflesh on different character that toggle off with a recast normally).

      Same problem except I don't think it's my load order. I did find a fix though.

    So, i came across a really annoying bug, the "second skin" perk is not working at all for me. i dont know why, i dont have any mod that changes spells besides skyre itself, the spell toggles normally, but the second effect won't trigger. someone tell me if it happened to you as well, or how to fix that, or even fix this in the next update if its actually a bug. thanks ^^ and other thing, can you change the perk "metamorphosis" to a more useful effect? because increasing the duration of the spells is not useful at all. thanks in advance
