This character is based off of Henry Cavill referenced after several different pictures of him (mostly the Tudors.) He is an Imperial Follower, also marriageable. He is found in Solitude in the Blue Palace (where the throne is.)

PLEASE NOTE THAT NEW STYLE EYES (ENSE) IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE ON THE NEXUS FOR WHATEVER REASON. I HAVE INCLUDED IT ON THE FILE PAGE. PUT THE ESM FILE IN YOUR DATA FOLDER AND DRAG AND DROP THE NEWEYES FOLDER (TEXTURES) INTO THE TEXTURE FOLDER (INSIDE THE DATA FOLDER) HOPEFULLY THIS HELPS!
