@RaisenBR - Answered in Steam, but I will here as well ... I've only ever had to re-load at the point before I built the house, and it worked fine. Not sure what you could do... Double check that you have not subscribed to "Birds and Flocks" though, as that mod has an incompatibility with Windstad Manor already. Nothing to do with my mod, but something to look at.
Well I am out on the deck sipping a tankard of mead enjoying my bard's jamming and enjoying the great view of Solitude. Hroar was up on the roof but finally came down and all is well. Investigating the Fort is proving to be quite interesting. I have to give this a 10+ and thank you for the hard work. Job well done.
Does this work with Winstad mine mod? Would be awesome to have my manor, which already over looks the mine, also over look the town that was built up around it.
Old post but since it is still relevant to those interested, there is a patch available!

For immersion purposes I'd pay for this from my character's resources by depositing a set amount of gold in a respawnable chest somewhere. This amazing mod gives me a way to help fund the project.
Tried twice to run the mod per description. Both times show up to my newly purchased holdings with all for comforts already built and running. Attempted to build house. Drafting table and carpenter's bench both say complete, but there is no visible house. My work around was to disable the mod, load the game before the of the land, purchase the land, build the house, save, exit, enable mod, start game and all fort and features already built around the house. Never had the chance to sub or have the steward sub the work on the fort and other structures. Keeping the mod for the beauty of the work and the protection of Winstad Manor. The detail of the fort and village area is what earned the endorsement. If I were rating on function alone there would be no endorsement. Good luck with the gremlin hunt on this one.
