I am good with this mod not working on NPC I was having a bug where my player char started moving at 1/3 combat speed but only with bows crossbows swords axe fists magic and general movement was fine ran the mod boosted the speed modifier to max which brought the combat speed to normal problem fixed thank you so much for this mod better then a restart
This is so confusing what to download... cant modders just upload the updated file instead of loose file scattered around? they put lots of effort making a mod ( Thanks for that ) but is it too much work to organise stuff ?
For those of you who use 4.1 and cant find the book
Just type in "help fightspeed" and the book's id should show up for you to add. After adding the book remember the book is in "MISC" section, not the "Book" section in your inventory.
Make sure you didn't just click download for the latest version (it's just an update). Download the file that is 7,310kb first, then download the 4.1 file to overwrite/merge.
The author should provide a single merged mod, instead of fragmented updates.
Very important info! Indeed, the file should be merged or info on the separate downloads be added to the description. Also, the 7,310 kb 1.1 version shouldn't be listed as an Old File...
However, I love option this mod gives to have slower, more tactical, combat. Endorsed.
Edit: Nevermind, it's not working anyway. Looking more closely at the files, the 1.1 downloads extra weight is made up of screen shoots. So I think 4.1 is standalone after all. But alas, it's not working for me.
I noticed that using SMCO affects this mod when optimizing textures (which is odd... since this is not a texture mod). If you've made any optimizations after installing this mod, I noticed it won't generate the item in the inventory. What solved that problem for me was re-downloading the mod. Hopefully that applies to you
I can't get 4.1 to work. I use Live another Life and Perkus Maximus. But I load this one last, to avoid any incompatibilities. Still, it's not working. The book does not show up in the inventory.
Pitty, since it is a great mod that I have enjoyed before.
I was recently having a lot of crashes with this mod listed as the last script loaded in Papyrus, but since I updated I am as of the moment crash free!
