This mod edits an existing dresser container instead of creating a new one, so the Greybeard robes pop up in a variety of places with the same container. I found some in White River Watch. I really suggest the creator fix this.

I'm just think, if we used that full set of that robe, + used amulet of talos, the time between shout is reduced by about 90% right?? that means we can shout so fast that's like unstoppable right?? CIIW pls..
Yes, the full robe set + talos amulet would have an extremely fast shout regen, however, this is balanced by the fact that the robes offer no armor, which would lead to an extremely easy demise. (Please clarify what CIIW means)
oh sorry.. forget about that CIIW, my false.. ok, back to topic, well the problem with armor can be done by upgrade your health, or using some combat modifer mod. well if its true, this is what the mod i always searching for.. thanks for the mod, i'll try it.
I see the issue you stated, I attempted to nerf the robes by making the enchantment 10% each; however, it was not working at all (possibly due to the fact that these aren't actual playable robes), I will look into it, thanks for the feedback.
