I accidently did some changes in E 2 with ELE activated. I fixed that. This E 3 has maybe a problem with a freeze I don't know. Please test ! Stronger DOF inside.

Many changes in lighting, fire intensity, lens effect, DOF, specular lighting, pointlight (dark dungeons of elfx are dark deal with it. Read the Description at the bottom)

Changed lighting to make nights, and dungeons slightly brighter. Still they are dark if you use ELFX. I did the compromise. Specular lighting was lowered a little.
