Is there no way that the quest is in the same house and give the possibility of buying it once the lost innocence is over? Or maybe once the quest is over, I don't know... maybe give Arrentino some scissors and ask him to run with them? accidents happen... and then owning the house?
last update 2013. ok, the photos look great. and the idea is very good. thank you anyway
please make more Windhelm house mods!!! this is my favorite city and it lacks mods for Xbox!! I’d appreciate this so much. hell if you could update this to make a downstairs room on the right side of the house that would be perfect ?
Thank you Jokerine for this! Definitely brings some colour into the Arentino Residence making it more homely for the Dragonborn and his family. This is neat.
There's nothing I could say that would do this mod justice. I personally love this home for its shear simplicity. Not overwhelmed by excessive boxes and clutter, or cramped into tight walls, nor is it exaggerated in size like Proudspire Manor. It's just the perfect balance, all it needs is Hearthfire support for a family, and even then, I consider this place a sanctuary of my own to coincide with the Dawnstar Sanctuary, not a place for a family or children. It would be nice to have a housecarl guard it, though.
P.S. You may want to look up the mod, Another Sleep Mod. It's better than See You Sleep because it can actually fix a broken bed script from the latter mentioned and it doesn't give you the funky closed eyes glitch. The reason I bring it up is because your bed it too cramped and it doesn't allow for me to make use of my sleep mod. It's a minor aesthetic but I felt it worth mentioning.
TMPhoenix has Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions, and included with the mod are instructions for which to convert a custom player home to use his mod and allow a family to stay in.

Now, there are other houses (abandoned or where their owners are dead or missing) which could be converted into player homes.
