was looking forward to seeing this mod, but i tried to do the save without, log, then save with, log. but the game wont even open with the mod enabled. works disabled but not enabled.
I don't usually bother with the Hearthfire houses, but thought I'd test out Lakeview.
Tbh, I was hesitant to try this mod because of the previous posts. But I liked the images enough to give it a try.
I didn't use the guardhouse file. Personally, I didn't think the property needed it. .D. Had no problems whatsoever with the mod. Everything is in its proper place and laid out very well. Very tastefully done. It's just a shame the house doesn't look as good as the property, ha, ha! .P.
Just been testing it out with Lakeview Manor - As It Should Be. (So I don't have to redecorate). Only problem I see, which isn't really, is very minor clipping, or overlapping, of the lawn at one end of the pool. A little like the lawn wasn't mown properly. .P. Going to try changing the load order, see what happens. But it's not a big deal. Otherwise, these two mods seem to be working fine together. It would have been interesting to see your version of interior, if the exterior is anything to go by. .D.
If I decide I don't want Lakeview house, afterall, might just keep the pool - hitch up a tent next to it! .P..
Just an update. Love your pool, and kept it. Follower likes to relax by it. While the other mod I mentioned was compatible with yours, just wasn't crazy about the Lakeview house. So, built only the main entrance, used Jaxonz Positioner to copy glass walls/door from elsewhere, and turned it into a glasshouse. Looks pretty cool, with your pool. .D.
I have an issue where the buildings (Guardhouse and the one up top) don't seem to "enable" - the door is there, but the walls are not, and there is no collision.
My setup is a STEP setup with your mod, All Homes Remodeled (Interiors) and General Stores.
There is a big weird hole near pool. and I followed your instructions to the tee, but this big hole.... the hut, tables and fire pit is floating! This would be the best mod ever for lakeview if this could be fixed. I even started a new game.... built lakeview.... went to solitude..... installed the mod.... but yet this $%*#@&^ hole is there.
Hi Noxide! I don't know if you're still actively maintaining this mod, but here goes:
I really like your Lakeview Gardens with the Guardhouze; it's my absolute favorite exterior for Lakeview Manor. I also like Galadreal's mod All Homes Remodeled ( http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/44410/? ), but when it's loaded your Guards don't seem able to carry out their AI rountines, and finally end up stuck in the Guardhouse. Changing the load order hasn't helped. Any ideas what could be causing this?
hey noxide i really love this mod. Like its perfect its not cluttery like the other ones its simple and nice. I especially love the idea of the water fountain and it running down by the pathway. This is an awsume mod and i love it. But im having a couple of problems i dont want to sound negative or anything im just bringing these problems up because i love this mod . One problem is that for some reason when i use the guard house edition there is no steps going down to the guardhouse i tried everything you have in the description and still a=is not there, but when i looked in my files (textures and meshes) i noticed there is nothing there for the steps. so if you could upload that would be awsume. Another problem is above the pool there is floating fish swimming above the pool lol. for the last small problem the fences for the small farm for e manor towards the lake is floating off the ground a little also there is a piece of floating fence in front of the tree that is above the waterfall. Sorry for sounding so picky and i was wondering if you by any chance could make a patch to make this mod compatible with thje fish hatchery mod cause i tried it and the only problem is the road leading down to the lake has a huge hill going threw it lol. hope you take the time to read this it would be greatly appreciated thank you. also thanks again for making this awsume mod.
