Does this work in SE or does it need to be ported?

Can confirm simply installing it to SE like you would with any SE mod works--all you have to do is load it in CreationKit64 and resave it and it works.  Just don't save with your weapon out or if you reload the glow effect will be permanent, at least in my experience, requiring a reload from earlier or removing by console command.

For anyone stuck with one of the saberlight visual effects and / or magicka penalty on your characters:

Open the console and type in: help SaberlightColor <-- where color stands for the color of your actually equipped ring, e.g yellow, or purple, etc, or more precisely, the color of the effect that's stuck on you.
Find the SPELL ID in the shown list. (there are only 2 MGEF, 1 ENCH and 1 SPEL entries, so you won't get the wrong one)
then type in: player.removespell SPELLID (the ID you can find with the SPEL entry)
Close the console and save your game. Reload it and be happy, the effect is gone, and will only be re-applied once you draw your weapons, like it is intented.

If you should ever run into the problem again, simply redo the steps above.

      Sorry, super unfamiliar with this.

What is the Saber ID and how do I find it?

And what is Light rings MGEF? What should I put exactly?

Hello there! Thank you very much for making this mod, by the way. But I have a quick question; two, actually: first, would it be possible to have an alternate glow effect reminiscent of fire? The creator of Magicka Sabers has released the infamous crossguard saber of Kylo Ren (in a multitude of hues), and it has an unstable effect, causing it to flicker wildly, just as it should. That's such a contrast to the stable, tranquil glow that this mod lends your weapon (though I prefer it over having no glow at all). And secondly, would it indeed be possible to deactivate that ward-like effect when sheathing or unsheathing the weapon? I've been quite content to simply look past it, but I would like to see it removed, if possible.
This is a great mod, and I thank you. The only issue I've experienced thus far is that if you save with your weapon out and the ring on, then load that save, then the glow won't go away until you load a different save.
