New version uploaded with the character stat values I forgot to reset set to their default values. Just delete or overwrite the old version in your Saves folder.
Sorry I took so long to upload this, I've been very busy the last few days.
----- EDIT: There is a minor issue with the camera level due to the .ini edits I used at the time to control it. Simply sheath and unsheath your weapon to reset the camera values to whatever you have them set to in your Skyrim.ini file.
Just to reiterate, this save file has no mods in it. No DLCs, nothing. You only need the default, vanilla version of the game that's been updated to patch 1.9. This does not mean that any DLCs or mods won't work with this save file, though. Using mods with this save file would be no different than installing them yourself and starting your own character. If the mods are enabled, they will effect the game just as if you started a character with those mods installed.
I used the Elys' Uncapper (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/1175/?) to suppress any leveling progress, meaning I manually went into the .ini file and set the max skill level to what a Nord character starts with. This won't effect this character's ability to level up for you guys, though.
Any graphics changes you may notice in the picture are a jumbled mix of so many graphics mods that I've lost track of where I got them all. Most likely when you load this save file, the character won't look like the picture, but then again this is meant as a template save file only - you should use the console command "showracemenu" and customize the character any way you want.
I did use a series of console commands in some cases in order to keep the quest log clean. For example, I bypassed talking to Ulfric and Tullias during Seasons Unending, because it would have put the misc quests "join the legion" or stormcloaks in your log. This does not affect your ability to receive these quest, though (I fully tested that).
Again, this character is Level 1 with no skill level progress.
Did you download this mod a long time ago? I did have a mistake in when I first uploaded the save file, but I long since corrected it. Basically I boosted Speechcraft temporarily using the "player.modav" console command in order to pass certain speech checks in the way I wanted them to go. I'd accidentally forgotten to reset that before posting this save file originally.
But again, that mistake should have been corrected many years ago.
it makes sence when you dont think about it i thought end game the camp would be high level then the save maker just used comands to set the player back to level 1. i see now that the player is only level 11 and im suprised more levels where not ganed from all the story line exp
I used minimal contact with any objects. I killed nobody directly. If a death was required, I used the "kill" console command to avoid XP. Quest XP was unavoidable, of course, as was Discovery XP.
I don't understand WTF you're asking. Why would you be fighting level 80's? Are you saying you disabled NPC scaling with some mod?
Just because the main quest is complete doesn't mean the enemies got tougher. Skyrim DOES use a scaling system and you shouldn't be fighting things very high above your level regardless of how many quests you've completed. *Shrug*
The Save File doesn't show up in the Load game section. I start up Skyrim and click on Load Game but it doesn't show up. It's in my Skyrim Saves folder but won't show up in game. Any Ideas what to do?
For Windows, if you aren't using a mod manager that would be "C:\users\YOURNAME\Documents\My Games\skyrim\Saves". For Mod Organizer, it would be in the "saves" folder found under the "profiles" folder.
For Nexus Mod Manager, I have no idea - I haven't used that crap since long before they Mod Organizer came out, and they tried to rip off all of it's good ideas.

All shouts encountered on the main questline are unlocked.
Thank you.

I have no idea if Nexus Mod Manager has a similar feature, so I can't help you there if you're using that.
