    If you're getting a "SKYUI ERROR CODE X" message and you don't know what to do, please have a look at this page first.

    Common question: I don't like the new crafting interface (or any other part of SkyUI). Can I disable it?

    Yes. There's a mod called SkyUI-Away, which contains the original UI files. Extract those original menu files you want back to Data/Interface.

    Please update this mod. It currently does not work with current skse. I keep getting error code 4 on SkyUI and DVA.

      Error Code 4: Your Papyrus INI settings are invalid...

      One, or more, of your Papyrus INI variables are set to invalid values. There are several tweaking guides and INI generators out there that propagate setting these to out-of-range values. As a result, SkyUI or other event-based mods can start behaving erratically.

      To fix this, open My Documents/My Games/Skyrim/Skyrim.ini with a text editor and reset the following values to their respective defaults
      [Papyrus]
      iMinMemoryPageSize=128
      iMaxMemoryPageSize=512
      iMaxAllocatedMemoryBytes=76800
      You may also have to reset these values in SkyrimCustom.ini, if it exists, which is in the same directory.
      For details on the meaning of these settings, see http://www.creationkit.com/INI_Settings_(Papyrus)

      Alright, found a fix on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KclkwrypOdc

      Adding this to the mod's page or under the troubleshooting section might be a good idea

    Hello,

    so, I have a problem which I can't solve. I have installed the latest version of SKSE (2.0.10, following Gopher's tutorial, Data folder installed with Vortex) and it's working well (I can check it's version in the game), but when I tried to install SkyUI using Vortex then I got a message about SKSE being outdated and installer didn't detect any version of SKSE installed. I installed it anyway, but I wasn't able to even run the game with SkyUI enabled (Running with SKSE launcher) So I tried to install SkyUI manually and I ran into another problem. I can't see Data Files option in my launcher, so I tried to fix it as shown on Youtube tutorial. The problem is, that I don't even have the "bEnableFileSelection" in my .ini file (I tried to add it, but nothing happened at all). I bought Steam key outside Steam and when I was activating the key it said that I have a retail version (1.5.53.0.8.) I'm really not sure if it can be different, so I'm adding as many details as I possibly can. I would be glad for any help.

    Thanks.

    EDIT: I just now realized, that I downloaded the standard version, not SE. My bad. I'm really sorry.

    A staple mod for any playthrough. I realize it's probably not realistic to expect new features in future updates (or perhaps updates at all by this point), but one suggestion I would have is to implement a way to "shift" or "ctrl" click items in inventory? That or click and drag for selection? Just a way to select many different items not in stacks all at once for easier movement.

    All Hail one of the most useful mods for skyrim of all time, i take skyui so for granted until i reformat my hard-drives and see the old system and i thank this page again. If we could annually re-endorse a mod on top of our previous enforcement I'd whine about not being able to re-endorse it 3 times a year. but im not just here to sing praise a while ago i had a little trouble with installing via NMM and looked around for a fix..Found it here it is

    https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/596539-nmm-an-exception-occured-in-the-script-new-vegas/page-3
    and in case the page is edited the quote begins>

    "dubiousintent, on 15 May 2018 - 7:22 PM, said: This is a developing situation, so solutions are trickling in."

    "Some people are finding that even after updating NMM to v0.65.4 they still get a "script exception" message when installing some mods (such as UIO and MCM). This seems to be resolved by this suggestion from user ElysianMod:"

    "Run NMM as an "Administrator privileges" account.
    Go to NMM "Settings".
    Enable "Add Shell Extensions for Supported File Types".
    Then restart NMM."
    -Dubious-

    This worked for me so i had no need to go any further, Great mod keep supporting it everyone.

    Hi,

    does anyone know what might cause duplicate MCM menu entries? I have plenty of mods installed that get initialized when a new game is started. One mod, Complete Crafting Overhaul Remade is added with a double entry in MCM so I have the "Complete Crafting" two times in the MCM.

    This doesn't happen if I launch a (Mod Organizer) profile where I have only a few mods enabled but in my regular setup there are around 40-60 mods that have a MCM menu. I imagine that SkyUI doesn't provide any means to delay or prioritize mod initializations and I was wondering if anyone else came across this issue and what could be done to fix it.

    Item groups is still very buggy unfortunately. So just ignore that feature I guess and go back to manually equipping things. And I prefer just opening the inventory to see my favorites there instead of pressing "q". So I used ahk to rebind "q" to "i", lol. Does the SE version actually work with item groups?
