Why does it require Arcane Blacksmith to temper - that is usually reserve for tempering enchanted items. I would think the lowest level light armor perk would be a good requirement.
If there's one thing I like, it's gear mods that aren't ridiculously overpowered. +20 carry weight is just right (and a nice incentive to craft it), and the armor is slightly better than vanilla fur.
This is a unique fur armor set i made for my game that i thought someone may like. If you want the other vanilla fur armors i think there are a few other mods on here that have those.
