I've got most of the major features of the tool working (so far... see version 0.8 get it here: https://github.com/Zartar/Skyrim-Behavior-Editor-/releases) and I've started a major overhaul of the behavior files for the next version of CBE. While doing this I should be able to notice and fix any major bugs that crop up. I'm also still writing documentation for the tool.

Skyrim Behavior Tool is nearly ready for release. Not only can you freely edit existing character behavior graphs but with the latest beta you can create new character projects (custom creature behavior graphs!). You must have a HKX skeleton for your new creature to create your new creature's behavior graph. However, this new functionality has not been tested in game as my main development computer is broken at the moment. That said, the files seem to be forming properly. I've still to make a few more UI elements and then to write documentation and tutorials.
The last thing I'll work on is an attempt at a crude dynamic patcher for FNIS. This patcher will likely only work between FNIS mods that add new idles, furniture and paired animations, and behavior mods that do not remove or heavily alter the state machine in the "0_Master.hkx" master behavior file that FNIS appends it's paired animations and behavior reference generators to (RootBehaviorGraph or Default_Behavior, I can't recall at the moment). It will only patch conflicting "0_Master.hkx" master behavior files!
DO NOT BOTHER FORE ABOUT PATCH MAKING FOR CHARACTER BEHAVIORS ENHANCED!
A more generic, sophisticated dynamic patcher is possible but would still be very limited in what it could merge and will be much harder to implement, so don't hold your breath on that.
Bro thanks for working on this all these years you are awesome! I hope this will be a success it would greatly improve Skyrim, and I hope when you did the oldrim edition you make a port to se ^-^
Hi I've seen to have encountered an issue with the skyrim behavior organizer tool as it has been crashing everytime I open an XML, it converts half of the file while the rest is missing Im on windows 10 64 bit
Cannot seem to open weapon behavior files with this specifically crossbow. Crashes when trying to open the project packed or no, SBO works with this is there a way to take sbo's output and convert it back? would make manually editing way faster.
