Quick Question? I use other texture replacements for landscapes as I am not a fan of skyrim 2k. I think your parallax effects look better than roads and bridges parallax. I want to use my textures with your parallax effects. I see you have a an esp forcing the snow roads textures so if i don't use skyrim 2ks snow then my snow roads won't match, Correct? I was jsut wondering if this was possible to use these without using skyrim 2k.
I just finished parallax mapping for caves but unfortunately i encountered a problem. There is a slight distortion on the walls in some areas and in a specific angle. Looks like this problem is common for parallax maps used in interiors. I will address this issue to Boris Vorontsov, the maker of ENB. Until then, i might release the caves as a separated beta version.
I loved your Episode Parallax, I endorsed it and I wish you do more textures, because they look sweet! But let me give you a hint: do not use your time to do reduntant things: there were already tons of roads textures (aMidianBorn Landscapes 1, Immersive Roads, Skyrim HD, ...). Now you are working on caves... man: the Vivid Landscapes series is getting closer and closer to being a big deal here, and he just recently covered, you know what? Caves! Skyrim HD covers caves. Raiserfx's textures cover caves. Seriously dude, you have some serious talent at this, in my humble opinion, you should use your time to do textures that nobody did, or at the very least, textures for which few versions exist. Examples? There are some wood textures that aren't covered ny any mod, not even from Skyrim HD. That's just a very prominent example, but we all know how many ugly vanilla-textures we encounter on our voyages. It's a shame to have 40 different road, mountains, rocks and caves texture replacers, and not even one for some materials.
Everything from Vivid Landscapes is parallaxed. Including caves.
Anyway: I really love Kaya47's work, I think it would be awesome to finally have such a talent creating textures that still look ugly from 11.11.2011. =)
Ummm, no Vivid Landscapes covered only dungeons and ruins...but not caves, though Hein84 is working on that atm. Kaya47 is also working on a separate version for caves... Looking forward to both their releases... They could team up but ultimately it's their choice to make...

But there are good news ahead: I have read that Boris Vorontsov already fixed most parallax problems in enb 0.204. I will upload parallaxed caves in the following days! Hein84 will also create a separate mod for parallaxed caves as an alternative to this mod, you should keep an eye on his progress. His projects are quite cracking and i advise you check them out!
I use your road texture with ''Skyrim Realistic Texture Overhaul'' ,the snow texture looks good,but snowroad will not match. Can you make a SRTO verson snowroad?
The road doesn`t even look parallaxed, are you sure you installed everything correctly? Did you follow instructions from description page?
My two cents, you didn`t copy-paste/overwrite the meshes folder. The meshes folder enables parallax and disables specularity - things that you don`t have.
ah, well that explains it. i love the bridges but like the roads flatter so i removed the road mesh. i'll keep an eye out since you mentioned earlier you might make a flatter tile looking road
Episode 2 is near the corner. I realized that most of the game you`ll spend in caves so i thought of giving some love to these places.
405 mesh files optimized for parallax mapping (lots of work has been put into this, very time consuming), new textures based on improved vanilla normal maps. I chose vanilla normal maps as foundation because i want to keep the lines/topology Bethesda designed for caves.
Episode 2: Caves will be released hopefully this week.

may be a lil hard to tell from pics but it's really shiny, mainly in between the rocks themselves. any ideas? thnx
