I feel that the shout should always ragdoll the player. These ARE dragons, after all, not some discounted joor Tongues.

It doesn't work for me. I've been using it all my game, have fought & killed several dragons, and not once has a dragon used "unrelenting force". The worst part (in my opinion) is that I can't get rid of that annoying "Dragon Unrelenting Force" shout in my list of known shouts, even after I uninstall the mod.

I think it's a good idea. However, it doesn't work for me and I can't get rid of the mod from my current save game without leaving behind a constantly grayed-out shout.

Does this work with Deadly Dragons?

Does it rename the dragons and the shout déferlement?

Nope, no renaming or changing the dragons themselves. The mod is more of an adjustment that only does two things:
      1. enables the dragons to use the unrelenting force shout as much as they are supposed to.
      2. if you already have a mod that changes dragon behavior, then this can be used to balance out the power of the force attack.

The mod mighty dragons added this too, but in that mod it was full on, which resulted most of the time in death. That made it extremely annoying.
So i'd say good job but i guess that this only works for vanilla dragons?

When you say "vanilla", do you mean without mods, or without the DLC?

If you are talking about other mods, then put this mod at the end of your load order. In fact, one of the main reasons I made this is because I used those other dragon combat mods, and did not want to be thrown around all the time. So, if you are using something like Enhanced Mighty Dragons, load "Dragon Says FUS RO DAH" after them.

Indeed. Really need a bigger version of it.
      Also, nice little fix.
