Okay, update. I need to unpack the BSA file for the nif file so I can make the dagger a projectile. Spell scripting should relatively simple - just needs to check inventory for a dagger, then remove said dagger when the spell is cast. Probably could make the spell load the proper model as well, plus actually use the swing/hold/block animations for the fire/raised/ready animations. I kind of want to make an intuitive combat mod for Skyrim now, so like if you have a bow and you get up close to the guy, you can finish him by just stabbing with an arrow.
Wonderful concept an it appears to have been implemented perfectly! I would download this, but I have so many mods as it is an am not much of a mage player. Nonetheless, I applaud your work!
It takes a short while to charge (like fireball), and I'd be happy to make a version that blocks the sun. I'm not sure I can, but I'll try. I'm also toying with making it shoot arrows repeatedly instead of having to charge each individual shot.
