I did a edit for myself for a full mage/necromancer /healer/one handed / archer/ sneak/smithing. no dragon souls/shouts and lowered the health /magicka/stamina to 300/200/100but kept all the spells just wanted to make something less OP ..I will put full credit to you.. Or if you want i can up load it to you ?
Love the mod, at least the idea of the mod... I was wondering if there is an easier way to get thru the character leveling? I started a new toon and ran the bat, then got tired of the leveling screen when I hit level 250... and it wasn't done. So, is there a short-cut to get to the end of the clicking and on to the playing?
Unfortunately due to the nature of how this mod works *refer to description* I can't see a way of getting through the obsessive clicking. Think of it this way. This mod basically takes a process that would normally take over hundreds of hours and sums it into one simple command. When you do this, you literally advance from level 1 to level 2 to level 3 to level 4 all the way up to whatever you end on in a matter of seconds. In skyrim if you level up multiple times without actually hitting the level up screen, you have to go through the screen for as many times as you have leveled up. This means that you have to go through that screen however many times because you already start at level 1. Since this is only a batch file, again refer to description if you're unfamiliar with how they work, I set this up to just advance each skill to it's max. This is how you get to the level cap. As of now I'm unaware of a way to get around this, but feel free to do research and modify the batch file to accommodate it. Please let me know if you do so that I can make an update to it because I use this personally and it is pretty annoying.
Thanks for the quick reply, and I do understand the process... but as you said, "it is pretty annoying." I will try a few things, but as of now, I don't know of any way around it ether... one can hope. I was hoping that you had found the way around it. I will keep you up on my attempts.
I will still endorse because it is a nice time saver, so to speak. Thank you for sharing.
250? i only get to 79 when i use the bat file O.o still have all skills at 100 only 1 thing i wanna mention is the bribe perk isnt unlocked on my file but thats no big deal
The souls should have been added into your inventory when you run the file. If they aren't, you can just use a console command to add them. I believe it is:
player.modav dragonsouls X, X being the number of souls you want.
Taking on the Ebony Warrior was crazy difficult because of the shout multiplier being 0. He pulled unrelenting force so many times that it knocked me off a cliff.
I'm using Steam to run skyrim so the path should be: LocalDiskC:/ProgramFiles(x86)/Steam/Steamapps/Common/Skyrim/Data
If you're not using steam and have skyrim installed from its disk the path should be LocalDiskC:/ProgramFiles(x86)/Skyrim/Data
Just take the playermastery.txt and drop it into the data folder. Make sure it goes into the data folder only and not any of the other folders in data otherwise the bat command will not work. Basically, when you type "bat playermastery" it looks for the words playermastery in the data folder, not any other folder within the data folder.
