You are a few years to late on anything new being requested for this mod, but the male feathers (which where the worse of the two) are changed to have the nicer female textures.
Is the rest of this series of improvements on hold? is it dead in the water? :c Are there any fins planned for future releases, if there are any future releases...?
By fins do you mean like head fins? Because if you do there already is a mod that adds them! I actually plan on using it( Once I get all my mods re-downloaded xD) I'll post the link with this comment so if want to check it out you can. Here: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/55707/?
While I do like the texture on the horns, it appears that this texture replacer also makes the horns a significantly lighter color, as this is something that only appeared after installing these textures, and goes away when i remove them.
Yes, because they are a totally from scratch texture... Which means they will look significantly different then vanilla, taking a look at my before and after pictures will give you a idea on the colors. I take my pictures without ENB and in vanilla lighting anything different will cause it to look different because its different lighting effects.
I appreciate the work that was put into them, but in the pictures your retexture appears to be the same tone and saturation as the original vanilla horns, while in game, with no ENBs and vanilla lighting, the horns appear to be a lot whiter then they appear in your screenshots even, hence the only reason that I mentioned it.
Yeah, which is why I found it odd because at the time I made these there was no ENB or anything out (and I did not use them). I opened the textures up in photoshop just to double check everything, and they are roughly the same color and whiteness as vanilla, the normal map is the same whiteness as vanilla and the alpha channel is set up correctly like vanilla. So I am not sure what could be different for you, perhaps a weather mod?
You could try opening the textures in GIMP/Photoshop and editing the brightness/contrast, otherwise I am sad to say I can not seem to help you.
I am afraid I do not understand your problem, or what you want me to do? This is a retexture mod, all horns that are part of the "hair" have been retextured.
im using all of your mods i have to agree with kitwitissues, i just love argonian chars. and now he looks even sexier im useing it with jazzjr argonian retex. looks stunning
Thanks for the heads up. I expect great things from that one. In my brain I have had this mod wish list and that mod addresses a few things on it. IT also brought be back to your stuff and I realized my comments had been replied to lol.
