Suggestion would be to leave the feets part uncovered like the hands, to make it a little more natural, should you feel a little more confident in your modding ability, you can try and search for a solution to reduce the glow effect (plastic) from his body, or try your hands at polishing the texture to make it cloth like, a little like a real super hero costume !
Should you manage to pull this off, you might have people interested to turn him into a popular companion, as the Dovahbear was. I hope to see more of your work, as you're actually going off a very good and balanced start.
As a side note, try to spend a little more time on the description of your mods : be imaginative ! tell us his story ! Even if the description is whacky, it would fit his character anyway ! But giving descriptions to your work increases it's value tenfold
