The answer: nofear88 posted illegally ripped content to Fallout New Vegas image share. Eventually, they were found to be the previously banned user Drakenguard. Drakenguard was banned for asking for a pirated copy of New Vegas. Found this by searching the Formal Warnings and Bans forum. I'm currently working on a revamped version of this since the author is long gone. Was hoping to give her full 1-100 level scaling (though I may tune that back), destruction damage scaling based on skill level, will probably rewrite the book, etc. I've fixed the flame trail (it's now properly steam/smoke), given her a custom race, custom resistances, changed the aura to electricity, built a new simple backup spell that's lightning to replace the firebolt, and tightened it all up quite a bit overall. I'll probably need to cut her steam attack damage in half at least if I use Destruction scaling, but we'll see. She tears stuff apart pretty hard just at level 10 as it is, even things that should be way out of her league.
I still need to figure out skill scaling (Skyrim is really weird about that, the whole skill weights thing), build a custom class for her, rewrite the book... may also take a look at the model itself and what textures it uses, maybe do some editing there.
I've been using primarily TES5Edit since I'm more comfortable with it and copying/editing from the original plugin, but I may end up revamping her entirely in the CK. I'm an incredibly novice modder, so quests are on the sidelines right now. Definitely not aiming for anything like INIGO but I want to at least bring her up to speed!

nofear88 still hasn't been active but I added him to the donation point system for it regardless, so should he ever show up again he'll have a present waiting! :P
This comment is old, but even at the time you made it the author hadn't been online in a year. If anyone reads this the mods been abandoned. (From the looks of it) Probably still works however.
This is what we need more than anything is original works that look like they could have been made in eso like this one yet have a outstanding art direction and would like them to have great back stories to add to the lore.
