Nobody seems to be having issues understanding anything in the mod description but screw it. I need help understanding what to do. Everything kind of flew over my head and nothing is clear enough for me to understand/ If anyone's left, I could use a crash course or something

Thank you so much for the advice and the ini files, so far i've been loading about 20 times faster and the infinite load is much less common.

do i just download it or do i need to move it to a file folder i have no idea but i want to try this
  4. I would just like to take a minute and say thanks for this simple, yet effective fix. As someone who is new to the quirks of modding, this was an issue i had inevitably run into (infinite load screens.) Everyone should know about this!

Just wanted to say thank you for this. Didn't suspect that those z-fighting tweaks suggested by STEP could cause infinite loadings.

All this did was invert the mouse (up was down & down was up). As for the infinite load screen it NEVER fixed it.

i'm still in my battle but i think i come to a result. feels like victory.

i had 3 minutes loading time. the wait was worth the visuals, but annoying af.
first step was the fps-limiter, set to 30:
    www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/34/

that reduced loading times to 1:50.

the second step was to star t in windowed mode, with "one tweak" to get rid of the windowbar above:
    www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/34/

that gave me a result of just 40 to 50 seconds to come in game. i'm still in the battle, but for now it seems very good.
fast travel from one watermill to another needed just 15 minutes.

i just need to figure out how to reduce the brightness. due to the windowed mode the "brightness"-lever isn't doing anything.

i hope this isn't totally off topic and helps some.

@darkyoghurt I had similar load time until I installed a fast SSD as my Skyrim drive and a standard SSD as my boot drive. Loads Oldrim in 30 seconds or so, this is at 120fps with a havok physics hack.

Let me just say this is awesome. I had a whole host of problems that I couldn't get past even though my mods were in the right order, but whatever specs you had set up worked. I can't thank you enough, and if I could, I would thank you in person.
