      If you want a Tobi mask, I recommend getting the Skyrim Naruto Anime Overhaul http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/15699/? (just adds more eye colors, certain items eg. Tobi mask and kunai, and also more spells/jutsu).

      Or just download the Tobi Pack, but seriously the Tobi Pack is one of the best mods I've ever downloaded, the powers are an amazing bonus to the masks and war outfit

      i like to hood it goes great with my ezio roman armor mode cause the hood for the mod is a dragon scaled helm for me

   would it be possible to take the hood off and make it take the ciclet slot so it does not cover the whole head?

   Could he possibly texture the hood to be orange hair its weird but its better than a hood.

      Hell, if you're willing to do the work and make it a standalone item instead of replacing something, you could upload it as a bug fix. If the author asks you to take down the file, comply, but it doesn't really seem like he's active.

   The reason your head disappears is because you made it replace the dragon priest mask, its classified as a head gear that makes your head disappear. SO if you classify it as a circlet or something else your head wont disappear.
