In the meantime, like others had wrote, this mod is a very simple, starter house mod. It has a bed and some storage. It doesn't have any enchanting tables, alchemy labs, etc. like most mansion-like player homes have. However, there are players (like myself) who like that sort of thing, so that's not a negative. Well, for how this mod is placed, it is right next to a blacksmithing area, so I guess it does "include" that. He he...
I endorsed this because it works and it fits well with the "Live another Life" mod, where you don't start the main quest so there is no way (on all but one option) to get a house in Whiterun. It is very simple no added stuff just a one room house in a chest. Just a bed and some marked storage.

As the name suggests, is home with the motif of the "toy box". Doll of guard chan and dwarf Centurion are decorated in, but What a home of one person for very simple there is only a bed and storage basically.
