Install instructions through Nexus Mod Manager (NMM) on a Windows machine

1.) Download the Nexus Mod Manager located at http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/modmanager//?
2.) Once downloaded, located the file and right click, select properties, select compatibility, check box run as administrator
3.) Apply changes and exit
4.) Double click the Nexus Mod Manager Install and follow instructions provided by Nexus Mod Manager to finish installing.
5.) Open Nexus Mod Manager, select Skyrim
6.) Select the Mods tab, select add mods from file on the left pane. It looks like a blue puzzle piece with a + sign.
7.) Download the LakesideCabinRetreat mod from the Nexus site manually.
8.) Once downloaded, add the file through Nexus Mod Manager add a mod, select downloaded file.
9.) Under the names category locate your newly added file.
10.) Double click to run the install of the mod. When complete verify through the skyrim launcher that the plugin file is enabled.
11.) Play

Manual Install without the Nexus Mod Manager

1.) Download the file manually from the Nexus website
2.) Locate the downloaded file on your machine
3.) Use a program like 7zip ( free download ) to unzip the contents to your C:\program files(x86)\steam\steam apps\common\skyrim\data folder.
4.) You'll wall to merge your skyrim data folder with the data folder provided in the .7z file

Access the house

You will need to obtain the key to unlock your new home
There is a hint stapled to the door of the house mod in game that will provide a tip for where to locate the key, if you do not wish to find it
via hints, you may travel just West of the house location, atop the hill there will be werewolves who have slain the original owner. The
original owner holds the key to the home.
