This mod includes the following:

* Heated pool and bathtub with autostrip and reequip only for followers and other NPCs
* Working controls for tub heat and water
* Idle markers for NPCs
* Outdoor kitchen and dining area
* Garden with 30 plantable plots
* Alchemy and enchanting tables
* Proper ambient lighting
* Wheat mill to produced flour
* Boat shack (formerly a necromancer's altar)
* Perimeter lighting
* Some shade trees after clearing off trees that are too large
* Proper patrol paths
* Full defense perimeter wall and sentry tower
* 8 full-time sentries allied only to you (that is, no allegiance to anyone but your character and your friends)
* Retractable gate barriers
* Built-in gate flamethrowers
* Compatible with Frostfall and CFTO.
* Checked and cleaned with TES5edit and tested

Installation:

* Enter any interior space then make a savegame
* Install this mod using any mod manager or manually extract and copy

Uninstallation:

* Retrive all items from storage chests
* Enter any interior space then make a savegame
* Exit Skyrim and Uninstall this mod

Compatibility Notes:

* Other mods that modify Lakeview, especially the navmesh or adds more clutter to cause clipping, may not work with this mod.
