press ` (console) and then type /help thrower or /help m41a or /help smart to get the id's then press player.additem (item id) (amount)
You should be able to craft flamethrower and m41a ammo and weapons under the dwarven section of smithing
You also need J3x scripts from his autocrossbow mod for the autofiring and the new weapons I will be adding with semi-auto effect (like m1 garand)
