You may or may not know that there's an older mod called "Shut up Mjoll" that addresses this same problem. That one just changes the settings so that she only repeats those annoying lines every 9 hours or so of game time instead of every 1/2 hour, as opposed to removing the lines altogether. Just FYI.
Either way, yes, Mjoll needs to shut up. Apparently Bethesda QA never got around to actually testing her out as a follower for more than 5 minutes to discover how incredibly obnoxious she gets.
