   maybe scarification tattoo would suit beast folk more, i mean.. fur and scales.. that just can't have a normal tattoo..
   other option is body paint, but that's kinda pretty tribal

   Well, maybe there weren't any tatoos mods for Khajit because you CANNOT make a tatoo on hair. Nice pattern, wrong concept. Maybe piercings would suit the kitties.
