update:seems like that I can't buy homes in cities, the people who are supposed to let me buy the house don't give me the dialogue option to buy it.does it happens only to me,or do you people have no problem?
you put the .ini file in the Skyrim folder located in My Documents/My Games/Skyrim,and the text file in the game's folder(where the .exe is located). To start, press the "" button on your keyboard(up the tab key)and type "bat forsworn"
I am so confused .... which 'skyrim folder' do i put the 'forsworn' file in and what do you mean by start skyrim and type bat forsworn??? like just randomly type that as the game is launched, or open up the file called skyrim and type bat forsworn at the top, or do you mean a console command????

it should then work.
Don't really understand why anyone would get bent out of shape about this... It's the whole point. It is a ROLE-PLAYING game.
Make another character to tackle the main quest with...
worst damn instructions ever
if it's true that I can play as a forsworn, without issues, I'll be a happy man
