Removes clutter and adds more display capacity - cleaned with TESVedit

This is a test file that will hopefully fix the "floating Mannequins" bug. Since I cannot reproduce this bug, I have no way to test this. If those experiancing this problem will try this out and let me know, I will by grateful.
