Been using them since the begging. They pair especially well with cloaks since there isn't a drawn hood version of those to my knowledge. My only question is, can I prevent my follower's hood from being a fur lined version when they wear it?
I thought I'd mention a few texture problems I had with the low-res version (my comments are for that version only).
The mod's mesh files use absolute path names to the texture files, which can cause missing texture problems. The "gnd" and "1" meshes use "d:\games\steamapps\common\skyrim\data\textures\clothes\magecolor". The "0" meshes use "e:\games\steamapps\common\skyrim\data\textures\clothes\magecolor". Unless the player installed the game into those locations on both the D and E drives, the textures won't work correctly. I solved this by editing the files with NifSkope to use the relative path "textures\clothes\magecolor". However, not everyone will have the knowledge or patience to make these edits.
As someone else also noted, the low-res version at least looks very plastic-shiny. My quick & dirty solution was to extract the game's textures\clothes\mageapprentice\f\robe_n.dds texture file and use that as a replacement for the robe_n.dds file that came with the mod.
Not sure how to do that. But if you look look closely at the pictures you already have here and your other mods, you'll notice the clipping around the neck for the males. Of course you can't see it when they have hoods on, but take a close look at the male armors without the hoods. At first I thought maybe I had a necklace but that's not it. You can see right through. I also checked to see if it was the body replacer. The clipping was still there even without.
It's not so much clipping, as it is a gap between the neck and the body. The reason? Weight morphing is not enabled for these robes, nor is it enabled for those robes in the replacer mod. For whatever reason the CK apparently doesn't display whether weight morphing is enabled or not for apparel, so you need to use TES5Edit to fix this. Just load the esp's in Edit, and when it finishes processing, under each armor addon listed under the mod's esp, look for the "weight slider - Male" and "weight slider - Female" entries. Right click on the empty space next to these and select edit on the context menu to bring up a list of options with check boxes next to them. Check only the "enabled" option, and and then press the okay button. Do this for all the addon's listed and bam, problem solved. Close TES5Edit and make sure to save the modified esp when prompted to do so.
Any chance you can post the console command for the black hood or at least the help command to find them in the console list? No one is selling it at the college nor the radiant raiment.
