Loving the new version with trees! So beautiful.

Why is Helgen, the Throat of the World, and some random strip of land to the west-northwest of RIverwood covered in pink? And why are there several dragons over the Throat of the World as well? Hmm... maybe the Blades were right about Paarthurnax?

The pink boxes are a soundspace or other marker that, for whatever reason, doesn't turn off being displayed when you toggle marker visibility in Creation Kit. The dragons you can spot here and there (Throat of the World, above Dragon Mounds) are the spawn-points for the dragons, and I didn't think to select things and cycle their visibility manually. Now that I think of it, could've done the same with the pink boxes and fort-invasion markers, too.

This could be used somehow on my second screen instead of using the in game map For better planning and less markers and points in my face - I don't use fast travel anyway.

A .png image of the entire province of Skyrim at a resolution of 8699x5631, rendered through the Creation Kit.

What's with all those lines near the coast? Do you have WATER or some other mod that adds waves to the coast installed, or are those some other kind of artifact?

Looks like the lines are markers for AMBWaterCoastWavesLP. I've just loaded skyrim.esm and update.esm into CK, so they're not a mod. I don't have Dragonborn so not sure what wave effects it added that I've seen mentioned elsewhere or whether Bethesda snuck it into Skyrim proper in the update.

Ok, so what I get is a huge 71mb map of the entire gameworld, but the question is, would it be used as a base for making custom world maps?

Can be used for whatever you want to use it for, as far as intent goes. Do some exploring, plan a scenic tour, lay out a complex mod, use it as your desktop wallpaper...you name it.

Had to look at the files descriptin to get what this is.. you should add this to the main page.
The exterior acoustic spaces are still visible. I don't know if you've done this on purpose, but right now it's very usefull to me. Thanks for your work!

Just discovered today, on the last bit of it, that you can configure the zoom rate in Creation Kit so don't have to spend 5 minutes mouse-wheeling in perspective-mode to get everything showing for cell elements to display in orthographic view. Expect the with-trees version will go much quicker, at the very least. Hopefully within a week.

Also tip: the '0' key toggles orthographic/perspective in Creation Kit. Took me a while to figure that out in the first place, as the CK wiki has a poor choice of words for some reference entries.
