This house is really beautiful, nice and small, and well-done. I particularly love the forge area down below. However, I can't really say I'd make it my house. Reason being, there's no place (that I can find?) for display.
If it were up to me, I'd replace one of the long tables near the forge with mannequins, and put a couple chests in front or between--I'd say to add a couple weapon racks and plaques there for a real armory feel, but there's no walls I think? I'd add a few more storage chests in the house (for any house I use as a main base, I try to have a strongbox or chest each for soul gems, potions, ingredients, food--was there a cooking area? I missed it if so--, armor, clothes, weapons, misc., jewelry and of course shelves for books). I feel like one of the upstairs rooms in the main house could even be converted to a display room, with weapon cases, plaques, mannequins, weapon racks etc. The boxed-off area in the living room, with apples on the counter, really looks like a kitchen--but there's no cooking fire, or living room fire with a pot, even, or storage for food supplies. Even that little "pantry" or storage room could have the crates replaced by a small cooking fire and pot. Also, if the corridor is going to have a loading zone all to itself, you may as well put something useful in there, too--maybe more storage, or make it wider and add weapon racks and plaques?
I feel that if the space were better used, this could be one of the best house-mods out there, since it's compact and really beautiful--it just needs to be more useable, imo. I'm aware that not everyone wants an "all in one" house but that's my own preference--everything in a small, aesthetically-pleasing and cozy space without being over-the-top. This mod has everything but the "everything."
One last note: it's great to keep the island location a secret, BUT, for people considering downloading it, they'll want to know where it is so that they'll know if it conflicts with any other mods. I played for three days without finding this place--I'd suggest noting where it is, even if it's just a hint like "near Darkshade."
@baltazzar777 I'm trying to change the smithing place, only for personal usage, i disabled the tables and the items on them by cosnole, exept the center table and used the mod Advanced Mannequins, when i add mannequins they are falling from the flur to the ground where the first portal is, but those mannequins was working to any other player homes i used, well i did not tryed in the interior of the Sky Residence but i don't want them in there. Then i tryed to find the cell of the Sky Residence's smithing place in Creation Kit to add some mannequins from there, but i can't find it. Please help me, with the first method or the second or both, but please help.
If you start at the dragon wall and look towards the mountain instead of the wall... start walking and you'll start to go up a hill a bit. There's a chest on the hill. Best I can do for you to explain it is to just look mostly on the hillside opposite the dragon wall, not behind the dragon wall.
