It contains a number of fixes and tweaks including. - Blink, increased Magicka cost - Wind Blast, increased Magicka cost significantly but added slight damage to it. - Devouring Swarm, rats have been nerfed a bit and now properly die after 30 secs - Bend Time, is free to cast now but drains magicka when active. Recasting will restore time to normal. - Shadow Kill, now a toggle spell, no longer kills close allies or essential NPCs - Possession, increased magicka cost, improved stability, can no longer possess dead NPCS. - Restored the Abandoned Prison (it had been accidentally removed) and cleaned up a few other unused areas.

I am not entirely sure as to -why-, but casting Devouring Swarm automatically gives me two perks in Alteration. Namely Adept and Expert levels, if I recall correctly.
first of all i wanna say i really enjoy this mod but no matter what i do to the blink spell in the creation kit i cant make it silent any help? i do have the quiet casting perk but when the spell hits the surface it makes noise and gets me spotted
Bobbymcdoe it is definitely not the spell making noise. When you cast the spell you move, not necessarily perfectly on land and you take a step. So it is your boots/movement making noise, try going barefoot or upgrading sneak/stealth factors and switching to less loud armor. I just spent a while getting nettlebane, blinking to directly behind wizards way above my level with them taking no notice at all, barefoot with good stealth.
emivy bare foot does not work in skyrim. i have every stealth perk besides shadow warrior and loads of gear thats enchanted to make me really hard to detect, i can even walk into people have still be hidden but when i blink its instantly detected
Oh so it was this mod that was gumming up the abandoned prison. Glad to hear it was fixed!

Ever tried one of the player pocket dimension homes? The ones that add a spell to vendors that lets you teleport to/from an interior cell player home with no doors out? I was thinking about how awesome it would be if you could teleport to the void as a player home. Just floating islands with various player essentials on them. One island with a fireplace, cooking pot, and bed, one with an enchanting table, one with an alchemy table, one with a pair of bookshelves or something.
I'm asking because the void in your mod was spot on. I can't mod to save my life, and other modders might have the idea, but make it a bit iffy, but the void in your mod literally made me point out its look when I saw it, and I actually managed to fool someone with a screenshot once.
I know it's probably been a while since you finished with this mod.but if you could ,could you increase the mana cost of all skills (especially blink and bend time) to like 3x? It's too overpowered as it is. Excellent mod btw
I think I figured out why the blink spell alerts enemies. The spell maybe silent, but the IMPACT is not. the same alert effect from say... casting a firebolt near an enemy like a near miss or even the throw voice shout effect is on the spell as well. Blink acts as a ranged spell and the impact alerts them like the ranged spells and voice shout like throwing a stone. notice how they travel STRAIGHT to you instead of wondering aimlessly like they normally do when slighty alerted. they follow the spell impact, the impact you just blinked to. Any Mod that might remove spell impact alerting will most likely fix this issue. If anyone knows of any such mod. please let me and the others here know.
I found something buggy with the blink spell, that includes some shader textures getting a blocky low res road texture after using the blink. Just imagine where the shadows should be and you see blocks with low res textures also other wall and floor textures are getting fucked up too.
Is this going to get a port on Skyrim SE? I really, really, REALLY! loved this mod on the old Skyrim, and it pains me that there arent other alternatives to this in SE O,.O

With this mod, I can give Giants the taste of their own medicine by using two spells - Bend Time and then Wind Blast till they are yeeted out of existence
Hello I ported the mod over to SSE for personal use and I was wondering if I give you all the credit can I post it for SSE, even if its a no could I just give you the mod and you post it I think a lot of people really want to use it but are version blocked
I'm a bit late to the game, but I'd really like a copy of this for SE as well. I've tried several different times to convert it on my own without any luck.
EDIT: Just tried converting again and I crash anytime I get close to that location (abandoned house). I can see it on my map, but can't get near it. Not even sure if its the correct marker anymore (south of the mill) but I don't think I have any other mods affecting that area. Guess I'll wait until it gets converted or some kind soul sends me a working copy or instructions on how to get this to work.
I had a friend do this for me as well. Interestingly enough, it's running 100% as an esp file in my game (no esm needed, apparently). This mod is becoming like an old bootleg VHS only obtainable from those who can send you a copy, much like Disney's forgotten classic childhood story, "Song of the South." Seriously, it's easier to get a copy of the Star Wars Christmas Special than it is to get a copy of this mod ported to SSE. :|
Dont know if people in this text chain are actually getting the mod sent to them, but just in case they are, please god send me this coveted ported version
