This mod adds a luxurious pool, hot bath and greenhouses for Windstad owners who desire both a great spot to relax and a magnificent view of Solitude. Requires the Hearthfire DLC and Skyrim Update 1.9.

Perimeter lights, walls, and archery range can be toggled on and off. The switches are located at the southern greenhouse, in front of the carriage.

Compatibility Notes:
Other mods that modify Windstad, especially the navmesh or adds more clutter to cause clipping, may not work with this mod.
