Hi, I'm having the same problem as eheheh90, where her face colour doesn't match up with her body. Also, she also doesn't seem to speak some of her lines, such as when asked to trade items. Otherwise, a very good rework! c:
Created an OrientalRace.esm file after installing and using TESVSnip per your suggestion. It was very easy after finding the TESVSnip menu item that would convert the .esp file to a .esm file. The mod runs great. Thanks!
Same here, Crash To Desktop on startup, with the same results from a run of TES5edit. I checked for an OrientalRace file in my Skyrim data directory, and the only one that was there was the OrientalRace.esp, not the OrientalRace.esm file your mod was looking for. Best of luck with a fix, I'd like to have your Lydia in the game.

I'm pretty sure the file that is there from installing Ashen HD v2.6 is OrientalRace.esp, not an .esm file.
I don't know anything about how any of this works really, just thought I'd pass on what I saw.
