I wanted to use this mod, because I turned off fast travel for immersion sake and that teleport cave mod doesn't work for Expanded Towns and Cities. But you didn't include a way to get back down the mountain, so forget it.
This was originally meant to be a shout that would bring you to High Hrothgar, but I lost interest because there was no interest in the mod. You already have a shout to get you back down the mountain quickly, you may of not thought of that application though - Become Ethereal, take no damage as you just jump down
You're not gonna have become ethereal the first few times, this mod would be useful otherwise. Not saying it's a bad mod because it isn't I just can't make use of it because of frostfall.
Thanks for this mod. It's just what I need as I don't fast travel and I always visit High Hrothgar to ask the Greybeards for locations of Words of Power.
I just wish the shrine looks like one of the pilgrim stops and placed near the first stop instead of on the bridge. And teleports you in front of the tenth pilgrim stop in High Hrothgar.
Thank you for the feedback, I had intended this to be a shout that would bring you to High Hrothgar depending on your distance and how many words were used, i.e 3 words would bring you there from anywhere in Skyrim. This was just the concept mod with the shrine acting as a placeholder. It never really got aenough interest for me to continue developing the mod, thus never made it as far as removing the shrine and making the thu'um. However, I like the idea of using a pilgrim shrine, it could of be somewhere for you to learn the word if I had ever finished the mod
Whats the point of this mod? Really? There's fast travel, and even roleplaying you're breaking continuity by adding something that's not supposed to be there.
If you don't like the stairs, don't roleplay. Or learn to take the bad with the good.
2-3 little suggestion if you mind taking the time to do it (if not it's kk lol). 1rst, could you put another shrine at High Hrotghar to teleport to Ivarstead 2cnd, could you place the shrine at the 1rst pilgrim stop (would make more sense). And finally, (i don't know if it's actully doable but), teleport seems to act as fast-travel. It takes time to get there instead of instently as a teleport would do. If you'd be able to fix that, that would be great but it may just not be doable (Sky Haven Teleporter does the same thing). Anyway thanks, at least I don't have to climb those damn Seven Thoushands Steps haha!
You have "Become Ethereal" to get down fast >.< But yeah, it would be easy to add another shrine, but the point is it's not meant to be a shrine but a shout that will bring you to High Hrothgar (Monahven in dragon tongue) from further distances depending on how many words are used. I had laid this mod aside as there wasn't much interest in it. The time passing shouldn't be necessary as you're shouting yourself into High Hrothgar (If i ever finish it)
Omg after all this time playing Skyrim never thought about Become Ethereal lol (never really used it anyway haha). Could you send a request for BOSS masterlist so it wouldn't be unreconised?
Really? I used Become Ethereal to get down from the College of Winterhold to sea level all the time... Doesn't need to be me who sends the BOSS request, anyone can as far as i remember. They get a huge number of requests though and a mod this small isn't going to be far up the list

Numerous immersion mods disable fast travel or at least require materials to do so. This circumvents compatibility problems whilst also providing a middle ground: Want to get to High Hrothgar? get to Ivarstead. Still have to travel just makes it shorter.

Supposed to be a shout that is only usable in certain places, this is just a test to make sure the script works just fine. Didn't want to take all the time needed to make a new shout just to find out the script doesn't work. Just put it up as is to see if there is any other bugs i don't know of from my testing.
