Hey friend, I downloaded your file and managed to rename d3d9.dll to D3D9FL.dll
I entered the enbSeries download page but installing something complicated is something I want to distance, since everything is in English and I only speak Portuguese.
Can someone help me? I've downloaded the mod, and placed the d3d9 file into the Skyrim directory on Steam. However, it says to adjust the FPS settings and it sounds like I'm supposed to edit the file using a text application. However, using notepad only opens up a bunch of gibberish text that's completely unreadable.
Im stuck at the beginning part of the instalation where i have to extract antilag.cfg and d3d9.ddl in my skyrim folder. I dont know if its clear but antilag.cfg and d3d9.ddl arent in my skyrim folder and i dont know what to do next. I already set vsync on in the nvidia control panel, if anyone knows how please help, i suck at computers so i dont know what i could be doing wrong
If you do not have this in the folder where is the executable of the game there is no error just let this mod la in the executable folder that will work the same way.Turn a TXT Readme file delete only it .... Before releasing the 2 files. =================================== d3d9.dll replace to D3D9FL.dll Look in the folder you downloaded there are 2 files just rename d3d9.dll to D3D9FL.dll
After that, take the 2 files and place them in the folder that has the game's executable.
I was able to make it work with just default skyrim, how do I make it so that when I open SKSE through ModOrganizer it also limits frames? Edit: I just closed ModOrganizer, reopened it and it worked perfectly on SKSE. Thank you
Why is everyone trying to set exactly 60 or 30 fps? What will happen if I put for example 40, my monitor will not break? It's just that I have a very old computer and at 30 fps the game runs jerky, at 60 or 59 fps the processor of the video card is very overloaded ... 40 fps in game is more than enough for me. But I need to know, if such a frame limit, will affect the work monitor??
Yes, this will effect your monitor. VSync works with 30fps because of some confusing math and electronics things I don't fully understand, and 60 is a convenient multiple of 30. This is why you usually want to have your fps be a multiple of 30. If it isn't, this could lead towards screen tearing.
I'm no expert, so if you want an actual answer i'd recommend asking someone/somewhere else.
I tried downloading this for my Steam copy of Skyrim (I only own the Legendary Edition, not the Special or Anniversary editions) and it, without fail, causes the game to crash and close on startup, or rather the game's launcher refuses to run. Does anyone know how to get the FPS Limiter to actually function? I really need to make use of its features and I have everything installed in the right folder and I'm having massive issues.
Tengo el mismo mod para New vegas y funciona perfectamente, pero por alguna razón este mod no me permite iniciar Syrim a menos que lo elimine de la carpeta raíz.
