    I needed to lock my FPS to 80 to stop the water flickering bug at higher frame rates and this does exactly what it says. Endorsement given.

    Interesting how we need a mod to do something that should have been implemented into the game properly. I guess that's what happens when you use an antiquated game engine like the Creation Engine in a modern game.

      You clearly havent installed enough graphics mods if you can run skyrim past 20 fps

      I have an RTX2060Ti which can easily run the game at 120FPS in ultra with the high definition textures pack. I'm guessing you aren't familiar with modern hardware if you don't understand that modern graphics chips can run games in full HD 1920x1080 at above 80FPS.  What are you using to power Skyrim, intergrated graphics?

      you could even have 5090 it doesnt matter, LE engine is capped to 3,1 gb vram no matter what, modern gpu makes it even worse.

    Hey friend, I downloaded your file and managed to rename d3d9.dll to D3D9FL.dll

    I entered the enbSeries download page but installing something complicated is something I want to distance, since everything is in English and I only speak Portuguese.

    Has anyone found a solution for the arrow delay? Everything worked fine, but this problem is quite annoying.

    Can someone help me? I've downloaded the mod, and placed the d3d9 file into the Skyrim directory on Steam. However, it says to adjust the FPS settings and it sounds like I'm supposed to edit the file using a text application. However, using notepad only opens up a bunch of gibberish text that's completely unreadable.

      If you do not have this in the folder where is the executable of the game there is no error just let this mod la in the executable folder that will work the same way.Turn a TXT Readme file delete only it .... Before releasing the 2 files.
      ===================================
      d3d9.dll replace to D3D9FL.dll
      Look in the folder you downloaded there are 2 files just rename d3d9.dll to D3D9FL.dll

      After that, take the 2 files and place them in the folder that has the game's executable.

    I was able to make it work with just default skyrim, how do I make it so that when I open SKSE through ModOrganizer it also limits frames?
    Edit: I just closed ModOrganizer, reopened it and it worked perfectly on SKSE. Thank you

    Why is everyone trying to set exactly 60 or 30 fps? What will happen if I put for example 40, my monitor will not break? It's just that I have a very old computer and at 30 fps the game runs jerky, at 60 or 59 fps the processor of the video card is very overloaded ... 40 fps in game is more than enough for me. But I need to know, if such a frame limit, will affect the work monitor??

      Yes, this will effect your monitor. VSync works with 30fps because of some confusing math and electronics things I don't fully understand, and 60 is a convenient multiple of 30. This is why you usually want to have your fps be a multiple of 30. If it isn't, this could lead towards screen tearing.

      I'm no expert, so if you want an actual answer i'd recommend asking someone/somewhere else.
