1) Is this mod compatible with... *) This mod is compatible with any mod except those that edit the aspect of Solitude (Unless the authors of those mods make a compatibility patch for this, like "Better cities" did). Also note that the building does not have an interior, it's a building placed on the city meaning that rain will go through the rooves if you don't use any rain shelter mod.
2) I asked a person to reach me but he didn't come even if he received the letter. *) After making a test character I noticed that some people are set as "friends" even if they are actually not (you never met them yet), so even though you can send them requests they won't actually come, theorically it's a bug but it's sorta realistic too, you know you can get emails from people you don't know too and you'll most likely won't go meet them (so yay!, unwanted feature).
3) Person(s) don't appear in the list even though they should! *)If they're in the same cell as you, you won't be able to send them a letter.
4) Janette only says generic dialogue even if at first it worked! *) That means you already paid 25 gold coins and the empty should be on the counter, write it and then janette should give you the possibility to write another one.
5) What happens if I write Multiple letters? *) Nothing, you'll still get only 1 reply, sending multiple letters is a good idea to sort-of donate to the post office so they can buy off all the upgrades [On the other hand, I can see how this could make bugs but I never really tested it, so feel free to try, could get an akward outcome (?)].
where is the post office? ive looked everywhere in the skyrim map. because usually when you download a skyrim mod that adds a location it lets you fast travel there even if you havent been there before... but i dont know where it is... do you have to discover it first??? you never did say where it was... or if there are multiple ones.
i didnt realise how old this mod was till now? i did have one question that i did not see anywhere. can i also get messages that i used to get from the courier? i really hate that guy. i would rather him become a mailbox. instead of bugging me in the middle of battle like he always seems to do.
Dang, this looks so awesome and it works but the building is just all blue, no textures and the npcs are messed up T-T I have nothing that would conflict with it, though. In fact no mods on at all when I tried it
Edit: nvm i fixed it, only problem is the npcs are still messed up but whatever i can live with that part
I have a problem, I installed the post office but I don't know where it is though. I looked all over solitude and still can't find it no where someone pleeeeeeeeaaaaaaassssssseeee help me out here.
How difficult would it be to implement the same functions with a courier? Or adding multiple post offices? I usually don't spend much time in Solitude (and visit my family even less haha).
I wanted to say that finding this was a very strange coincidence, because the character I am currently playing is part of what I am calling the "Thalmor Postal Service". So, cool!
Why did I not find this before? *downloads* I never thought about it, but now I do want it just for the added immersion (immersionaholic). Great idea and I do hope that it's a great mod as well. Even if it's not, I will just keep it anyway.
