I've followed the istructions in the EvilWolf2 post and i've made this: Lanterns of Skyrim - CoT 3.1 Preset with Default Brightness -> http://www.mediafire.com/download/b279ixwvulg9s3s/LoS+-+CoT3.1+Preset.zip It has Flicker Effect
For the load order i'd suggest to install the Default preset and then put this just after that.. so it will replace the Default..

I found this was perfect with a few personal edits. The mod author is banned, so there's never going to be other variations released. For those that want to customize the brightness/color, see the sticky post in the proper Lanterns of Skyrim page. Super easy!

Thanks for the upload. You inspired me to finally have a go at TES in Skyrim.
I'm running CoT with Vanilla Nights CoT Patch+Supreme Storms ELFX with exteriors Skyrealism ENB Cinematic preset.
I found I had to reset the colours the Mannys defaults and drop from 3.000 to 1.500 to get the lanterns I wanted. Especially in towns where the ELFX lanterns can be side by side the Lanterns of Skyrim.

EDIT: Ok, now I know it. Anyway, a little OT. I have too much bright nights and use ELFX+CoT Nights level 6. Why?
I'm running
