Just for lulz, any luck in seeing a vampire version of it, with vampire cattle to feed safely upon them? Of course, it would require Dawnguard, but, seriously, would you expect them to seek refuge in the middle of the ocean?

this is a misleading title. I knew creating Tsunami effect is really hard for a regular modder so I was first impressed but then when I found it's just a home. It made me really disappointed. btw you seem have good marketing skills. lol
The closest things to tsunamis in Skyrim lore would be when the Sea of Ghosts came alive by the destruction of Winterhold if I'm remember correctly. Though for that the location of the player home is too far away from the city ruins to be believeable. When I checked out the adobe i noticed a couple of things: the lack of light sources in the palace is the most noticeable thing. Then there are the unnatural looking waterfalls within the cave, which could still need some finishing touches.
