   You need to rethink this; the third word of this shout reduces shout cooldown time; you're essentially making a third of this shout useless.

      Could someone translate how this makes the 3rd word useless? You're supposed to swich your shouts anyway, so you can spam THEM.
      
      Anything I see is, that the shout should be regenerate faster. And well... Wasn't that the whole point of this mod?
      
      EDIT: ahhh, now I get it. Okay, that is kinda... unfortunate?

      Nice, but I don't like the cooldown. What's cool about Dragon aspect is that it gives a little more umpf to your shouts

   If I wasn't so broke I'd be able to buy all DLCs. Last time I got lucky with Dawnguard. Best B-day present in a long while. I'm shiny yellow with jealosy. lol On the other hand, I like it when people get creative with what they have. Good idea ! Soon as I have Dragonborn, this will be probably the first mod I download for it.
