   I tried this and the game said batch file can't be found/opened?? It's not read only.

   The directions didn't work for me when I tried to make Sapphire from Thieves Guild follow me, however I typed in this and it worked beautifully WITH the inclusion of your mod. Amazing!!
   
   Have you just tried the console commands?
   
   1. Click on the NPC. Note their ID that came up when you clicked on them; you will need it below
   2. Type into the console:
   
   AddFac 5c84d 1
   SetRelationshipRank "the npc's id" 4
   Player.SetRelationshipRank "the npc's id" 4

   Thanks. I think this could become useful for fixing issues where followers are somehow lost. Out of curiosity, which faction does it set the NPC to?
