First let me just say that I LOVE this mod, and won't play without it, but...
Brand-Shei was raised in Skyrim as a ship was sent there to find him, undoubtedly because that was his last-known location - Brand-Shei apparently having arrived there to be raised by Argonians before he was even properly named.
Therefore, I love the idea that Brand-Shei can sell certain things from Morrowind through his merchant connections, but I believe he should be dressed in local Skyrim attire as he would have growing up.
With that said, I will try my hand at using Creation Kit to tweak to my liking, but I thought it worth mentioning, as this mod is so near to perfection IMHO.

Great mod, but after installing common clothes dunmers are actually almost the only npcs in the game that end up having the same outfits, it's especially noticeable when all of the dunmers in the city gather at the tavern
I think fire mages should wear red robes and conjurers wear black robes, since they're the same as necromancer robes but without the skull, just as conjuration is more general than necromancy.
This is a great change for the game. For example, I've got Dawn of Skyrim thing installed and once you are in Windhelm in the Gray Quarters, not only everything look dunmerish, npcs (affected by this mod) will also blend in nicely with this mod.
This mod needs way more endorsements. It adds so much more color to Skyrim with just a few simple things. I love seeing the Dunmer representing their own culture in Skyrim.
