MrTran You don't. you get it from a guy named Linwe. it is like a more 'combat' thieves armor it boosts your one-handed and bow damage, sneaking and stamina instead of the thieving abilities

EDIT: I found it, its because im playing a Female. Looks fine for males, maybe making it work for Females too?
