can you help i use modmanager i use the main file then i tried to instal it with nmm and i get this

I dunno man, it's just a bat file so as long as it's in the main skyrim folder or the data folder it should register. Also sorry for the extremely late reply, you've probably solved the problem yourself by now.
@GabrielePagn1985 No I'm not. You can however equip the amulet of Talos (or get his blessing) and that will change the cooldown to -10% (below zero cooldown) ^^
Or you can open the console and type in "player.forceav shoutrecoverymult 0" that will also change the cooldown to zero ^^

I put mine in the same folder as the EXE as it can read from both folders..
