:UPDATE 9/30/2016: A couple years late, but I'm going to be working on fixing up this mod (as well as my others) to rid it of all the errors that others had been reporting and maybe touch up the face lifts a bit to match a higher quality than the original files possessed. I've already run the original files found here through TES5Edit to clean them up and for the most part, everything worked in my game. The only problems I found were with the Hearthfire Hoursecarls (Rayya, Validmar, and Gregor). Not sure why yet, but I'll try to get everything working to the best of my ability. Thank you guys so much for your support. I never expected to get so many endoresements for my silly little mods. Hopefully I can get these facelifts up to a quality that is worthy of your time. This is the best facelift mod on the Nexus. They're not sexy, hunks or beautiful women, yet they are still perfect in each and every way, Though I hate the fact you chopped off Valdmir's mo (my poor baby! :C) I cannot deny the perfection you have bestowed on them all. Thank you for doing this!
Hello, I know it's been a few years, but I would love to see Faendal done by you. I use him primarily as a follower and it would be pretty cool to see him have less of a polygon-face. xD
Sadly all the mods by this author break mounted combat. (No, I'm not using any mod that edits mounted combat, horses, or anything related to mounts) Does anyone know if there's a fix for this? It's such a shame because of how nice these facelifts are.
Do they? Oh gosh, I'm sorry. Hopefully someone knows how to fix that, because I have absolutely no idea how to with my limited knowledge of modding and the creation kit =(
Like 'ManNamedMachine' posted below some of these have tons of errors when looked at through TES5Edit, Of the 4 I am using Jordis and Calder have tons of "Out of Order Subrecords" errors (Specifically in their Race category), I have not bought the Windhelm or Solitude houses yet to see how the characters work but I believe it should be looked at. That said Gregor looks sooooo much better that I really hope Jordis will work properly because yours is the best I've seen, I love that they look like warriors and not super models.
I haven't had any problems with any of them, course, I haven't had any of them follow me in any of my playthroughs for a while now. I didn't have any problems with them before, but I will check later to see if they are working. I don't know what I could do to fix the errors, as I have very little knowledge of the inner workings of the files, doesn't help that my CK isn't working properly, so I wouldn't be able to do much as is. If you want to know if they are working for you, you can summon them to you using the console command player.placeatme ID#

This looks awesome!! I'm really into immersion and almost every other overhaul made them look "sexy" or something like that. It's okay (and sometimes even goes well with/for) some characters, but I have always thought that the Housecarls weren't just anyone the Jarl would find appealing enough to accompany the Dragonborn. These would probably be warriors with plenty of experience in battle, ready to guard the Dovahkiin no matter the cost. Anyway, you've made them so they both look battle-worn and beautiful. Ruggedly. Anyway, can't wait to try it. I'll endorse once I've downloaded!
No major issues reported so far, but feel free to let me know if you run into anything. Be sure to place the facelifts below any skin texture mods, such as Nunska Real Skin for Women and Bella's Better Females, and any mods that affect follower mechanics, including UFO and EFF. If this doesn't help, feel free to comment again on this mod what's going on or send me a pm. I'm glad you like them, I hope they work for you ^_^
