This is one of the most interesting mods I've ever seen - not only in Skyrim, but in all games - because it changes a core mechanic of the game without breaking the original game's feeling.
If you use MCM to set this to auto-lock when engaging in combat it really changes the gameplay, giving a sort of a console hack n' slash game feeling.
